The Telecoms Master (TM) is the person signing up on behalf of the company. The TM must be a C-Suite / C-Level executive of the company.

All fields and all documents are compulsory. Accepted file formats: PDF, JPG or PNG (CSV also accepted for the services list). Maximum 10 MB per file.
